Mr. S. Nageswara Rao, is a commerce graduate and an independent ICWAI from the institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India with an all India ranking of 83 during his batch in the year 2012. Joining one of the leading infrastructure companies, M/S Power Mech Projects Limited in the year 2003 as Accounts officer, he has stood firm with the company for over two decades and rose to the position as General Manager.

During his professional career of over two decades he has single handedly managed the entire tax portfolio and general finance for the company of an annual turnover of Rs 4,200 cr (2023-24) with high successful note. He has to his credit of dealing with critical situation arising out of taxes misalignment before the tax authorities and smoothly resolving the issues with expertise and professionalism. He has been managing a vast contingent of team comprising scores of auditors and accountants including administration and development.

Recognizing his talent and acumen the management entrusted him some of the important responsibilities including execution of some commercial projects. After a distinguished service he relinquished his post in the year 2024 and later associated with Shreeyansh as its CEO. He has resolved to take the company to next level and make the company occupy more space which is aplenty.

He is highly experienced and qualified in costing, estimating and budgeting and he is playing an instrumental role in the expansion of Shreeyansh to its present status, with scope for manifold expansion in all respect. Under his leadership and with his experience and exposure the company will be steered through the market and make it as one of the leading Chemical manufacturing companies in India He is highly disciplined, remains an achiever who is known for results!
